We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a standard 11-12 month lease. If you need a shorter lease term, we’re happy to accommodate. Just let your leasing agent know you’re looking for a shorter option.
Here are the additional monthly costs for shorter lease terms:
10% premium for 6 to 8-month leases
6% premium for 9 to 10-month leases

Important Application Information
The deposit and proof of income (2 recent paystubs, tax forms, guarantor form, or employer verification) must be received within 7 days. Monthly rent should not exceed 39% of your gross income. International students must submit passports and I-20 forms. All roommates must complete the future resident club agreement, which will be sent once your application is received.
Each roommate must submit an ID and application for approval. All parties are responsible for the lease and payments. Documents must be approved by management.
Failure to respond within 72 hours after being contacted for an available apartment will result in the offer being declined and your waitlist spot forfeited.
During the application, you'll pay a $300 deposit, applied to your first month's rent. All applicants over 18 will complete their forms online. After applying, an agent will contact you for any required paperwork.
